Anyone can sell here who has the quality products. However, we need mandatory documents for registration, as below:
GSTIN Number (not mandatory for selling books)

Bank Account details
Minimum 5 unique products to sale

What products I can sell on Toppersdeal.com?

You can sell all the products under all categories which are usually selling on e-commerce platforms except services.

Do I need to courier my products to Toppersdeal.com?

No. We trust you. You have to just check the quality twice and pack it properly. Our logistic partner’s executive will come, pick the order from you and deliver to the customer. On another scenario, you also can send the product to the customers by own.

Who decides the price of the products?

Of course you.

Will I get charged for listing products on Toppersdeal.com?

No, Listing of the product is absolutely free.

Can I sell International?

No, not yet. Hopefully, we make it possible in the future.

Will Toppersdeal.com delist the seller?

Yes, If any seller will cross the 5% returns due to the Quality issue. Also, Toppersdeal.com has reserved the rights to delist the seller/s for any reason and for any duration.

Customer will know that seller details?

Yes, on our portal we clearly mentioning that item sold by ”Seller Name”. Also, the invoice will carry your name.

Who takes care of the delivery of my products?

Our logistic partners will take care of your product. However, in self shipment module, you can send the shipments by your own.

What is a self-shipment module?

elf-shipmentmodule is the whole responsibility of the seller to deliver the product to the customersbyhis own.

How and When I can be paid?

Usually, we will do the settlement ona 8thday, once the product is delivered to the customer. We will use NetBanking as a settlement payment mode. However, we have another option for processing payment on the same day when our logistic partner will pick the order.

When can I start selling?

Once you registered with us, we will verify your details and approve. Post that you can start selling on our portal. This activity takes just 24 hours.

How many listings are required to start selling?
You havelistat least 5 unique products.

What are the subscription charges?

We believe the care of our sellers and giving priority to maximizing their profit with us. We are introducing here a flat 1% commission charge. Every seller who registered with us, he has to pay just Rs.999 for taking our subscription plan of 6 months which is also refundable (as per T&C).

Can I cancel the subscription?

No, but in this scenario, we will refund after the completion of the 6 months duration, IF, you eligible as per the terms & conditions.

If I am delisted by Toppersdeal.com, can I claim for the subscription refund?

No, you cannot legally claim for the refund of the subscription charges in this scenario. However, You can request to Toppersdeal.com team for the refund and the final decision will be taken by us and you have to be agreed on it.

What are the fees charged?

Flat commission: 1%
Shipping fee: Rs.59/-
TCS: 1%
Payment Gateway Charges: 4%

Website price means here is from price which will be visible to the customers on the website, the seller can calculate this price by using excel which will be provided over the email at the time of registration.

How do I list my products on Toppersdeal.com?

By going in your account after login, go in product tab and there you can add your all item, for Size chart you will require to send us size chart list (in case of apparel) so we can upload it at our end, you will just have to select the size chart while adding products.

How do I manage my orders on Toppersdeal.com?

There is already a tab of Orders in your/seller account, you can check from there

Can I get help for the development of catalog (product images, description, etc.)?

Yes, we are happy to help you at every stage while doing business with us. We help you connect with industry experts for the development of your catalogs. With the help of our catalog partners across India, you can have attractive images and crisp content developed at unbeatable prices.

Where can I get Toppersdeal.com branded packaging material?

We will provide you the 1 tape roll in the starting, further, you can purchase from us. You can use the plain courier bag/box.

Can I get compensation?

Yes, Depending on the case and category, you have to share the adequate proof that you shipped the right product. This will help us close the dispute in your favor.
