Invalid and Promo Codes

 Invalid Transactions:

There are many benefits of making your payment online- convenience, safety and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation (OTP), if your payment has been successful.

In case of UPI transaction, you have to enter your PIN/Password on the Apps like BHIM, PhonePe or GooglePay.

If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of payment failure, the payment is credited back to your account within 5 - 7 business days. In this scenario, the placed order will not be dispatched and considered as cancelled.

Loyalty Points/Coupons:

Loyalty Points/Coupons are for all our customers who show their trust in us and we try to make their shopping experience awesome. We would be sending some of the best deals to you. This can be applied to get discounts on your purchases.

These coupons have their own T&C which you received through email along with the coupon.

With the help of this T&C, you may know the validity of the coupon, capping (if any), minimum order value, including/excluding products or categories etc.

Generally, vouchers can be used only once but then special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.

At the checkout page, you can apply a voucher for getting benefits.

If the code is not working/applying, Please copy and paste the voucher code as it can be case sensitive or match it with the T&C received on email such as minimum order value, the validity of the coupon.

For Loyalty Points, these are non-refundable and non-expiry. However, you can use a maximum of 100 points in order.
